Friday was date night at the church. Jory and I decided to go out to dinner and then wander around the mall for a while. More like we walked around chuckling at all the latest fashions, wondering “do people actually wear these things?” You’d be amazed at what they try to pass off as “little girl” clothes. Needless to say, we didn’t buy anything. The bookstore on the other hand was a different story. :)
Saturday was an all day scrapbooking party. It was good to catch up with some of my scrapping buddies, make a few pages, and get away from the kids for a while. Yesterday the temperature was in the 50’s, so Jory took the kids to the park so I could recover from my late night scrapping adventure. Then they all washed the car together while I cleaned up a bit. The kids were all soaked and miserable after about an hour, but it sure was fun while it lasted!
